Unused and Undamaged Products
We accept returns for products that are unused and undamaged. Items must be in their original condition, including packaging, tags, and accessories. Used or damaged items will not be eligible for return. -
Return Window
Returns must be initiated within 14 days from the date of purchase. -
How to Return
To initiate a return, customers must contact DSI Tyres Customer Service. A Return Authorization Number and instructions will be provided for returning the product. -
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for shipping costs when returning products. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the product is received by us safely. -
Refund Process
Upon receiving the returned item, our team will inspect it for compliance with return conditions. If eligible, a refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. -
Non-Returnable Items
Some products cannot be returned, such as:-

If the item is defective, DSI Tyres will replace it or issue a full refund at no cost. Please contact customer service to start this process.
