1. Unused and Undamaged Products

We accept returns for products that are unused and undamaged. Items must be in their original condition, including packaging, tags, and accessories. Used or damaged items will not be eligible for return.

2. Return Window

Returns must be initiated within 14 days from the date of purchase.

3. Order and Payment Changes

Once an order has been placed, the order item or the selected payment method cannot be changed.

4. How to Return

To initiate a return, customers must contact dsityreshop.com Customer Service. A Return Authorization Number and instructions will be provided for returning the product.

5. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for shipping costs when returning products. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the product is received by us safely.

6. Refund Process

Upon receipt and approval of the returned item, the refund will be processed to the original payment method, after deducting applicable transaction, processing, and refund charges.

7. Pickup from Dealer Orders

If an order is placed using the "Pickup from Dealer" option and collected from the selected dealer, the fitting fee charged at checkout is non-refundable, even if the fitting service is not used.

8. Non-Returnable Items

   1.Some products cannot be returned, including:

   2.Tyres/tubes that have been used or damaged

   3.Custom or special orders

9. Defective Items

If an item is found to be defective, in some cases the refund amount may be reduced based on the distance driven, with the deduction amount determined by the company. Please contact our Customer Service team to start this process.

10. Warranty Coverage

All DSI Tyres, Prider, and Hankook products come with a warranty. Refer to the product details for claim instructions.

Additional Terms:

Warranty is valid for 3 years from the date of manufacture:

   1.Motorcycle tyres and scooter tyres — 3 years

   2.Three-wheeler tyres — 2 years

   3.Hankook tyres — 3 years
